This release changes nothing you can observe today, and that is deliberate. sigil-websocket v0.10.10 pins sigil-wasm-net at "^0.21", which already admits the current Sigil 0.21.0, so no consumer is capped right now. It does exclude 0.22.0, so the cap would return the day the next Sigil minor ships. This release removes the upper bound before that happens.

Both lines measured against the resolver's range evaluator, not assumed.

Changes

• sigil-wasm-net is pinned with ">=0.21" instead of "^0.21". Monorepo packages move with the monorepo tag, so an upper bound on them expires the moment the next minor ships. This is preventive, not corrective.
• No source changes. The module surface and behaviour are unchanged from v0.10.10.
