This package declared its sigil-test dev-dependency as "^0.17". A consumer that resolves sigil-test at 0.19.x got an unmet-constraint warning out of sigil deps install that it had no way to act on, because the stale range lives here and not in the consumer's own manifest. kiln's CI fails its dependency constraints check on exactly that warning.

Changes

• The sigil-test dev-dependency moves from ^0.17 to ^0.19. Measured against kiln, this removes one of the three unmet-constraint warnings its sigil deps install reported.
• sigil.lock is regenerated in the same commit, so the manifest and the lock agree instead of drifting apart.
• Also carried in this release, on master since v0.2.2: the docket repo descriptor (status, summary, group) for the Azoth estate render.

Upgrade notes

Relock to pick this up. Nothing this package exports changes, and its own suite passes 17 of 17 against sigil-test 0.19.4.
