Restores native/grid.c, 677 lines deleted by 88a40fb, and makes the package compile as a dependency by dropping the sibling-checkout include path in favour of with-sigil-c-flags. Declares (scheme cxr), drops the absorbed sigil-ansi/sigil-socket deps, adds dev-dependencies. Suite: 63 passing.
