Release 0.8.1

Message

The v0.8.0 tag points at "Convert to standalone package", whose package.sgl still declared 0.7.0 -- the same tag/manifest divergence catalogued across the estate. Bringing the manifest up to meet the tag rather than tagging below it.

0.8.1 and not 0.7.1 because v0.8.0 already exists and a tag is never created below an existing one. The single consumer, sigil-tui-demo, pins ^0.7.0 and is updated in the same pass.
