sigil-lsp v0.16.2 pinned sigil-args, sigil-format and sigil-help at "^0.19". A caret has an upper bound, so those three resolved to 0.19.4 while the rest of a consumer's tree resolved to 0.21.0, putting two Sigil monorepo checkouts in one build. This release removes the ceiling on all three.

Changes

• sigil-args, sigil-format and sigil-help are pinned with ">=0.21" instead of "^0.19". Monorepo packages move with the monorepo tag, so an upper bound on them expires the moment the next minor ships.
• No source changes. The module surface and behaviour are unchanged from v0.16.2.

Nothing is required of you. If your lockfile already names an older sigil-args, sigil-format or sigil-help, run "sigil deps update --upgrade-sigil" to pick up the unified runtime.
