sigil-graphics v0.11.1 pinned sigil-wasm-gles3 at "^0.17", which has an upper bound below 0.21.0. A consumer resolved sigil-wasm-gles3 from an older Sigil monorepo checkout than the rest of its tree. This release removes that ceiling.

Changes

• sigil-wasm-gles3 is pinned with ">=0.21" instead of "^0.17". Monorepo packages move with the monorepo tag, so an upper bound on them expires the moment the next minor ships.
• No source changes. The module surface and behaviour are unchanged from v0.11.1.

Nothing is required of you. Run "sigil deps update --upgrade-sigil" if your lockfile still names an older sigil-wasm-gles3.
