Claude Code 2.1.282 probes MCP servers to see whether they speak protocol revision 2026-07-28. Tally 0.2.6 rejected the probe and stayed on the older handshake. This release takes sigil-mcp 0.18.1, so tally answers the probe and works on either revision.

Changes

• Tally answers server/discover and gives 2026-07-28 clients the result shape they check for (ttlMs and cacheScope on tool listings). Clients on the older handshake get the same answers as before. (sigil-mcp 0.18.1)

Verification: unit tests pass (test-qbo 28, test-sync 12), and the built binary answers both protocol revisions correctly.
