Sigil WebSocket 0.10.5 follows the Sigil 0.19 package boundary
Notes
This release moves the WebSocket package onto Sigil 0.19 and records a clean dependency lock without the retired standalone standard-library providers.
Verification
- The complete WebSocket test suite passes
- The clean lock contains no retired package-boundary repositories
