Remove deprecated directory fields from package.sgl files

Message

Remove source-dirs, test-dirs, asset-dirs, and docs-dir fields. The build system now uses conventions:

  • src/ for source files
  • test/ for tests
  • assets/ for assets
  • docs/ for documentation
