This release moves MCP servers onto Sigil 0.19 and nREPL 0.17.1, preventing downstream applications from resolving the retired REPL, socket, help, and standard-library providers.
Verification
- All 69 protocol, server, nREPL bridge, and channel tests pass
- The clean lock contains no retired package-boundary repositories
