Multipart form parsing now reads raw request bytes so PNG, JPEG and other binary uploads survive alongside UTF-8 text fields. The byte parser checks CRLF framing and the closing boundary and bounds part headers and counts.

File parts now return bytevectors in content: when raw bytes are available. Text-only consumers should decode those bytes explicitly. The legacy string parser remains available. All 181 HTTP checks pass.
