Run the request-framing regression tests
test/server-regression.sgl has never run. Discovery selects only test-.sgl and -test.sgl, so this file sat beside the other five and was skipped with no message: the suite reported "Files: 5 of 5 run, Tests: 167 passed" and passed, because a file that never matched the glob is upstream of every count the summary reports.
Renaming it adds 4 real tests covering http-parse-request-buffer: ASCII bodies by Content-Length, waiting for an incomplete byte-counted body, UTF-8 bodies measured in bytes, and binary bodies kept as a bytevector.
before: Files: 5 of 5 run Tests: 167 passed
after: Files: 6 of 6 run Tests: 171 passedsigil 0.21.0's sigil test --strict, on by default, is what surfaced it. Verified control first against that release: without this rename the suite exits 1 and names the file.
