Release v0.8.1: make the package resolvable and testable again

Message

sigil-freetype could not be resolved, built or tested. No source change and no test change -- the packaging alone was the problem:

  • no sigil: field, so deps install refused outright
  • sigil-ffi requested FROM THE MONOREPO after it was extracted into its own repository
  • pins still on the ^0.9.0 series
  • no dev-dependencies, so the native test harness could not be built and the suite could not run at all

Suite green: 9 tests, 0 failures.

Running it needs the system freetype on the dynamic linker path: guix shell freetype -- sh -c 'LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$GUIX_ENVIRONMENT/lib sigil test' guix shell alone is not enough; it populates the profile but not LD_LIBRARY_PATH, and the FFI dlopens libfreetype by soname.

Version goes to 0.8.1 because a v0.8.0 tag already exists above master's declared 0.7.0. The one consumer, sigil-harfbuzz, pins ^0.7.0 and is being repaired in the same pass; its pin moves to ^0.8 there.
