Extract sigil-json: rewire monorepo consumers from-git

7 consumer package.sgls (sigil-test, sigil-cli, sigil-docs, sigil-mcp, sigil-format, sigil-lsp, sigil-build) rewired from (from-workspace name: "sigil-json") to (from-git url: "codeberg:sigil/sigil-json" version: "^0.13.1")
Dropped packages/sigil-json/ entry from root workspace list
Removed packages/sigil-json/ directory (history preserved in the extracted standalone repo at codeberg:sigil/sigil-json)
Added sigil-json to dev-redirects.sgl for local sibling resolution
Regenerated sigil.lock: sigil-json pins to 811b639 (v0.13.1 tag SHA in the standalone repo)

Full monorepo test suite: 2323/2323 passed (down from 2378 before the extraction — 55 tests moved with sigil-json to the standalone repo where they also pass, per extract-sigil-json worker's report).

Part of the sigil-ecosystem extraction accelerator (t-b912). Follow-up to the extraction worker's output (t-3166); extraction phase produced codeberg:sigil/sigil-json v0.13.1 earlier today.
