Add a native kiln pipeline definition
Message
Same three named steps as every other converted repo, with one difference: the test step runs under guix shell.
sigil-cairo is an FFI wrapper around the system cairo, which the runtime dlopens by soname. guix shell cairo alone is not enough -- it populates the profile but does not set LD_LIBRARY_PATH -- so the step sets both. Without it the suite reports "cannot load libcairo" and every test fails to load.
