Release 0.1.4: URL-app origin-aware nav handler + result-returning eval

An app whose `assets:` is a URL, rather than a bundled `lantern://` directory, used to have its very first load treated as an external navigation, so it opened in the user's default browser instead of the app window. Lantern now keeps the app's own origin in the webview and sends only genuinely off-origin links to the browser. This is what lets a desktop shell render a local server's page as a native window (Slate's desktop shell onto its local node).

`webview-eval-js-result` returns the value (or error) of a JavaScript evaluation to Sigil, closing the fire-and-forget gap where a page's return value was dropped inside GLib. It is an optional op: backends that do not implement it return `#f`, so callers degrade gracefully.

A big idle-CPU cut for every Lantern desktop app. The run loop no longer polls on a timer while nothing is happening: it blocks on the windowing system's own event descriptors and wakes only when there is real work, so an idle app costs a fraction of what it used to. Existing projects build without changes.
