• pkgconf 2.4.3 carrying a one-line fix for a pointer underflow in libpkgconf/parser.c that Zig's runtime safety traps on any empty .pc field
• GNU patch 2.8, which exits non-zero on a garbage patch input where busybox patch exits 0 silently
• seven network applets removed (wget nc telnetd httpd sendmail ftpd tftp)
• build-seed.sh refuses if a trimmed applet survives, if a required tool is missing, or if a sandbox tool is missing
• verify-sources.sh now verifies the seed's INPUTS rather than its previous output, and refuses if it verifies zero files

Cross-path determinism verified: built twice at different path depths, byte-identical hash.
