test: record the F3b gate, sabotage, and merge-inventory transcripts

F3B_GATE_GREEN f3b_arms=12 f3a_arms=22 kill_rounds=5 at 84a7e94; F3B_SABOTAGE legs=7 red=7 setup_failed=0 with the restored gate green; the nine-gate inventory with caused and inherited verdicts separated, identical in shape to the F3a-merge inventory.
