test: refresh F3b transcripts at the review-fix state + door inventory

Message

gate 15 arms green, sabotage 7/7 (clean confirming run), and the door inventory the leader required as the artifact of the fix -- every path-derived coordinator door with its containment status, the two that escaped (recovery, sweep) now closed.
