test: T2/T2c plants carry their markers as inert quoted symbols

Message

The comment-style markers swallowed each line's trailing closes -- the same class TA's first spelling hit -- and both legs SETUP-FAILED on the planted build, exactly what the build_planted guard exists to catch. (begin (quote sab-t2) out) keeps the balance and the grep-ability; both plants re-dry-verified to land uniquely AND format clean.
