v0.3.10

Courier 0.3.10 prevents Telegram replay and duplicate-send storms

Notes

This release makes Telegram delivery resilient across restarts and competing Courier processes, while moving the application onto the Sigil 0.19 toolchain.

  • Persist receive offsets and reject sentinel zero to prevent backlog replay.
  • Persist send deduplication before delivery so interrupted acknowledgements do not resend.
  • Enforce one poller per token with stale-owner recovery and an explicit forced-takeover handshake.
  • Identify poller owners by PID and process start time, and preserve per-instance logs while pruning.
  • Relock to Sigil 0.19 and the released MCP, nREPL, HTTP, and transport dependency chain.

Verification: clean build and 120/120 tests pass. Off-device behavioral harnesses cover restart replay, interrupted acknowledgement, and poller takeover without real Telegram traffic.
