Relock motif ^0.5.4: no libasound left in the binary

Message

motif 0.5.4 dropped the -lasound it carried on sigil-audio's old behalf, so alsa-lib leaves manifest.scm and the cinder-cadence binary's shared libraries are libm and libc in both configs (readelf -d: no libasound.so.2, no libGL, no libX11).
