Sigil 0.22 refuses to build a package against an older runtime whose natives it no longer matches, so minder 0.2.6, locked to the 0.21 runtime, could only be built with an older sigil. This release relocks minder onto the 0.22 runtime. Behaviour is unchanged: minder stays on the legacy MCP handshake, so reminders keep their channel.

Changes

• Relocked onto the Sigil 0.22.9 runtime (sigil: "0.22"; sigil-lib, sigil-run and the test harness >=0.22).

Verification: unit tests pass on the new runtime, and the built binary completes the legacy handshake with its channel capability.
