Folio 0.2.14 keeps large Unicode note responses responsive
Notes
Long non-ASCII note responses now use linear-time JSON encoding through sigil-json 0.16.1, preventing the quadratic CPU stalls seen by MCP clients.
Built from published v0.2.13 with only the JSON dependency bump and release metadata. Its concurrent-writer safety and Sigil 0.22.12 pins are preserved; the lock resolves published sigil-json v0.16.1 without development redirects.
Phantom: 434 tests passed, error isolation passed, and CLI behavior matched an independently built v0.2.13.
