Release v0.3.12: take sigil-mcp 0.18.1 for the 2026-07-28 protocol

Message

Claude Code 2.1.282 now probes stdio servers with server/discover and, because sigil-mcp 0.18.0 offered 2026-07-28, switched courier to that revision. It then rejected courier's tools/list (no ttlMs/cacheScope) and registered no tools, and with no initialize the worker never started its relay reader, so leader messages were silently dropped. sigil-mcp 0.18.1 shapes modern results correctly and treats the first modern request as the start of the session.

  • sigil-mcp floor raised to ^0.18.1, the release where this works.
  • sigil.lock: only the sigil-mcp entry moves (0.18.0 -> 0.18.1).
